Return & Refund Policy – Fabloomstudio

At Fabloomstudio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

To request a return, please email us at hello@fabloomstudio.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue


Return Address

We do not maintain a fixed return address.

All returns must be reviewed and approved before being sent back. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address via email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection or change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Custom-made or print-on-demand items (unless defective)

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details before placing your order.


Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be offered based on the issue

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.
